I bought this book awhile back at a garage sale. I just now took the time to read it and I wish I would have read it sooner. It is a quick read, about 7 hours. What a wonderful Grandfather, he left letters filled with wisdom. I think this book should be a requirement for school. It contains lessons that some children may never be exposed to. I am glad that I read this book and I do recommend it to all. If you need to pass time and want to feel all warm and fuzzy inside, this is the book for you. However, I do recommend that you read it all at once from cover to cover without stopping more than a few minutes of a break. Enjoy!!
