Nature is my therapy...and I need a lot of it!!
I find that being outdoors helps me in my journey to peace.
Oh sweetie I bet you do, When our loved ones move or move on we are left with alot of feelings to deal with. Ranging from: love, heartache, anger for them leaving us, lonesomeness for them-- it is hard and eventually we get used to livingw/ these feelingsbut they don't go away too often or quickly.
