Here i am....my life is spinning right now, my brain is overwhelmed. WOW! Too many things to juggle!! Spinning out of control. 
If I am not careful I will look like this at the end of my rope or thread or whatever! SPIN spin SPIN I am dizzy. Slow down to a granny pace please.

whenever I get dizzy from my lifes pinning I have to force myself to focus on onething at a time it is the only thing that helps me.
