I need to run away for a few days.....impossible physically but mentally I can. This is where I would like to go. Roby and I were being rafted down the river by a very nice Jamaican. The Jamaican motto they live by is NO PROBLEM.. I need to remember that motto myself. Right now it seems that everything is a problem. I need to think mind over matter. The mind usually wins. But for now I will just go back to 1985 when things were simpler just floating on a handmade bamboo raft...................What I didn't really realize then was that I had the best man in the whole world who would only get better with age.
